Well, this mission is about to end.  We have not been very faithful in posting things here.  I guess we have used other electronic means to stay in touch.  Anyway, we will catch the ferry to Nova Scotia on Thursday, Aug. 1, and spend the night there.  Then the long drive begins.  But the good news is Sue will be able to visit two of her cousins that she has not seen for decades.  Both are in New Jersey.  Plus we will visit her grandparents' graves on Long Island and in New Jersey.  She has never seen either one.
Also, we will stop in Nauvoo to visit Chuck's brother, Ron, and his wife, Jean, who are serving a mission there.  Sure looking forward to that!  But mostly we are looking forward to spending time with our loved ones:  Pop Duncan, our children and grandchildren, and our siblings.  We will get to meet two new grandbabies: Lettie (Dave and Jenn's) and Nathan (James and Miranda's).  We have loved it here in Newfoundland: the scenery, the people, and the Lord's work.  Gonna miss "the rock" and the people.  But it is time for a change.  We are going home.  Good bye, Newfoundland, and hello Wyoming, Colorado, Montana, Utah, California, Idaho, Arizona, and Washington.

Can't believe you are already going home. I guess I just think of you as perpetual missionaries.

We are headed for 10 months in China teaching English through BYU. We will miss the MGM reunions this year but hope we will see you at one when we return.

Enjoy those new grandbabies and the rest of your family. What an example you both are to them.
